See?
The hair is shorter, but the noggin is still enormous.
I took a “before” photo of myself, which is horrifying. I won’t post it; don’t ask. And there’s another “after” photo that would’ve been better than this one, but it’s super fuzzy. Just imagine it longer and scraggly. Or you could just imagine how it looked by using my description to a friend the other day: Muppet hair, which would actually make it more Fraggley than scraggly.
My hair was longer. And I wear more clothes.
Anyway, so that’s what’s been up with me. I needed a bit of a change, although not terribly drastic (still, it’s much shorter than usual). What else? I had a stomach bug that came on quickly Monday night, sent me home early from work on Tuesday (I just needed to sleep), and seemed to go away during the day today (Wednesday). So I’ve already been sick twice this year. I think that’s enough, right?
And, as if you didn’t know, the most exciting part of the week was last night’s season premiere of Lost ! So awesome! If you watched and you’re totally confused, go to Entertainment Weekly’s site to read Jeff Jensen’s recap. Actually, I can’t guarantee that you won’t still be confused, but you’ll definitely be entertained! And it give you lots to think about. But the photo of Locke may creep you out:
Yikes! Maybe he’s pissed because he still doesn’t understand what’s up with Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalt!

I like your haircut! And now I know that I have Fraggle hair. Lost was great and so is the article in EW. Non-Locke is scary.
I am glad you are feeling better. I will be in Alb this weekend!

nice ‘cut! i don’t know the correct haircut terminology, so i’ll just say that your hair looks very healthy!
i’ll admit that i don’t watch lost… i could never understand how they had more than one season. weren’t they found at the end of the first season? haha, i would think that would be the end of the show! i think i’ll stick with “the office!”
glad you are feeling better!

Yeah. I got a haircut a couple of days ago, and the guy cut it way short. Like, it’s about the length of yours, which would be great, if it weren’t for the crazy curl.
Oh well. I’m not anticipating getting another haircut anytime soon, so it’ll have plenty of time to grow out.

Lil: Fraggle hair must be a family trait. We do have similar hair texture (that is, very fine).
Mama: It’s all due to the photographer!
#1 b-i-l: You don’t still enjoy the show? It is confusing. Just let it go and enjoy the ride (not the plane ride; that didn’t look fun).
Ryan: Thanks! It is much healthier since I cut off all the Fraggle ends. And no, they weren’t found at the end of the first season of Lost! I won’t even begin to explain it all.
Kristin: Wow! I’d love to see a photo of your haircut! I can’t believe it, since your hair was always so long. Remember that time you came in with it straightened?!

Trust me, it’s not that exciting. It’s kind of irritating, actually. Though I suppose this is my fault for just wandering into the nearest hair place at the mall and taking my chances with whoever is available. I give the exact same instructions every time, and every time it’s different.
