We've asked for it to be replaced because it also sucks. It's on the list of complaints; since they can't replace parts from it, we've suggested they replace the whole thing. We were able to clean everything pretty easily (easily meaning nothing was so covered that it was ruined; it wasn't easy, though, as it took hours, it was gross, and I hate cleaning as it is).
