I guess it’s time for some cheers and jeers!
Cheers to getting a good amount of exercise this weekend! I did a 4.7-mile loop around the neighborhood yesterday and a 3.66-mile loop today (according to the website on which I mapped it). I ran some, I walked some, I wheezed some. It was pretty cold out there; at least today I remembered to wear my ear band and gloves.
Cheers to an extra hour of sleep this weekend! Jeers that turning back the clocks also means that it’s already dark when I leave work. I hate this time of year.
Cheers to Tuesday: Election Day! Don’t forget to go out and vote. For Barack Obama, of course. I can’t imagine you’d want to vote for someone else. Jeers to campaigns filled with fear tactics and lies (see: someone else).
Cheers to the bride and groom! My brother and sister-in-law were married last weekend. We all had fun, and it was great spending time with the whole family.
Jeers to forgetting what else I wanted to write about. But cheers to wrapping this up and going to bed early!

Congrats on the new sister-in-law and on the exercise you wheezed and panted through this weekend. I walked yesterday, outfitted in long-sleeve shirt, sweatshirt, fleece jacket and gloves. Ugh.
This is the first election in MANY years that I don’t feel like I’m picking the “lesser of two evils.” Obama (and his campaign) instill HOPE. McSame and his cronies instill FEAR. I am proud to cast my vote for Obama/Biden! Sad Grandpa and Caribou Barbie need to go away and take Bush/Cheney with them. Far, far away.

That’s a long damn way to run. Impressive. But you know, of course, that you now have no excuses for not doing the Corporate Challenge.

Liz: Did you hear about Palin getting prank called? I’ll have to post a link to it later. What a moron. I’m hopeful that we’ll win by a landslide tomorrow, so no time will be wasted and change can begin.
Kristin: Luckily, no one from work reads my blog. I’m not competitive anyway, so I’m not into races. Especially not ones that have anything to do with work.

Cheers to Sara, who ran and wheezed successfully. And cheers to weddings. Soon by you (or me).
Finally, cheers to Sara updating this website. Glad to read it.
