The Pie is five today! She shares her birthday with America, which is great, because she looks great in red, white, and blue (and any other color, really). I can’t find a clip of Rudy on The Cosby Show saying “yay, five,” but I did find this fun animation from Sesame Street.
OK, maybe that was a bit crazy. Well, not too crazy. Check out this one:
Totally weird. But you have to love songs about the number five. And I love a little girl who is now five. Happy birthday, my sweet Pie!

It was a wonderful day. All the cousins enjoyed it and the younger set had a great time playing - and they did it so nicely! The second clip is a bit weird. Who would have thought David, Luis, Gordon, and Bob (yes, I do remember them all) could have had a career as a melodious quartnet (ok, not really - it was a little scary when Bob started with the “Hello, I’m Bob…” part).

It was a great day indeed!
The best of some cousins’ lives. We brunched and bbq-ed. There were many jokes, fun, and poop on the lawn. Who could ask for more?

wow. where to begin with that clip. nice package luis. the pie did indeed have a very happy bday. princess dress up, cupcakes and hot dogs. what more could a girl ask for. hope all is well in the capital district. abba is back home and missing everyone already. give a big hug to my shadow.
