It’s the last night of Passover, which is great, because it means it’s almost over. But I haven’t posted anything about it, so now is as good a time as any. I thought I’d do a cheers and jeers list for Passover; it’s been a while since I’ve done one of those.

Cheers to family! Passover is the one holiday when our whole family gets together (most years, anyway). It’s nice to be able to celebrate together. So despite any stress that may come with getting all those people in one room (I’m looking at you, Adam; thanks for the big bruise on my arm), it’s well worth it.

Jeers to family leaving. I miss everyone. Especially my little Pie and the Crazy Guy. The Pie drew me a beautiful rainbow, which I hung in my cubicle to look at whenever I’m sad. The Crazy Guy ripped my sunglasses off my head. I miss them both (and everyone else).

Jeers to matzah. I actually don’t mind matzah that much; I even eat it during the year. But it’s not as filling without peanut butter on it. It just gets boring.

Cheers that Passover gives you an excuse to do some spring cleaning.

Jeers to cleaning. Who wants to do that? And my counters are covered in foil. There are only so many times we can patch the holes on the counter.

Cheers to Casa Posk North, where there are tasty (it’s all relative) Passover treats.

OK, when I started this post, I thought I had a lot more for the list, but I can’t think anymore. Anyone have any cheers or jeers to add?
